Technical Support

We offer a range of services providing assistance with all our products by our in-house team trained directly by our approved manufactures. We will attempt to help solve your specific problem quickly either by telephone or using our Online Remote Support Tool. Failing that we can then arrange an on-site visit.

Like any service, the cost of support can vary. For example, we offer free support on all equipment within the first 3 months from when your product was purchased, other charges may then be applied by a premium-rate telephone call, remote support session or on-site visit.
