We will attempt to help solve your specific problem quickly either by telephone or using our Online Remote Support Tool. Failing that we can then arrange an on-site visit.
Like any service, the cost of support can vary. For example, we offer free support on all equipment within the first 3 months from when your product was purchased, other charges may then be applied by a premium-rate telephone call, remote support session or on-site visit.
